Members pay an annual membership fee
to the Medical Alliance Association, Inc. depending on their
annual premium, ranging from as little as "no fee"
at all, to a maximum of $200 per year, and in exchange, they
receive various benefits as Members which would primarily
include a 6% Discount off of their State Fund Workers'
Compensation Policy Estimated Annual Premium (EAP).

Your membership number should be a 6 to 7 digit number starting with 834.

The Department of Insurance has mandated that State Fund require group members to be in "Good Standing" in order to receive the 6% Discount and the following procedures have been enforced:

Membership dues are a requirement. |

Membership dues must be collected within 90 days of the policy's inception date. |
- |
State Fund has required to be notified of accounts that are paid and those that are past due. |
- |
If payment hasn't been made, you will automatically be removed from the group and forfeit your 6% Discount. |

If removed and converted back to an individual policy, you will have to wait until the end of your policy year to reapply. |

Safety Group there will be a flat membership fee of $125.
